7/ Faiparla was founded in Lyon by two friends, the son and grandson of a market gardener. Their idea: to bring meaning back to the lunch break. In practice, that means a sandwich with a French twist, made with real ingredients. Fast, tasty, and authentic.
8/ Boboli serves Neapolitan pizza made with homemade dough, San Marzano sauce, and fior di latte. The pasta is also homemade. It’s open 6 days a week, for lunch and dinner, and it settles most debates about what to eat tonight.
9/ Arctic Juice was founded in the Swiss Alps and has set up shop in Annecy. Fresh juices, smoothies, and specialty coffee for those who want to eat light without sacrificing flavor.

A kiosk tucked away in the heart of BioFrais. The rice is organic, as is the salmon, and the tuna comes from sustainable fisheries. The sushi chefs roll the sushi right in front of you—no pre-packaged trays from the day before. You grab some, head out, and come back.
