Founded in Lyon in 2023, Faiparla is much more than just a sandwich shop. It’s the story of an idea conceived by two friends, Arthur Azzopardi and Léo Grange, the son and grandson of a market gardener. Driven by a shared desire: to bring meaning and flavor back to the lunch break.
Their mission? To reinvent the French sandwich, drawing inspiration from the region’s great classics.

Faiparla is setting up shop at Les Nouvelles Galeries Annecy by the end of November to share its vision of “good, fast, and authentic.”
