We’ve thought of everyone—those coming with children, those arriving by bike, and those who need to drop off their belongings before strolling around. A playground, a family room, lockers, a photo booth, and parking for cars and bikes. These are the details that turn a quick trip into a real outing.

The parking garages on the ground floor, first floor, and second floor are open from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m., Monday through Sunday.

Locked, secure room with lockers and bike repair equipment.

Accessible via the bike storage room and then by the dedicated elevator.

Located in the heart of the Nouvelles Galeries Annecy, our playground looks just like a real spaceship. It’s a place of exploration where little astronauts can climb, observe, invent, and—above all—let their imaginations run wild.

Set off for an unknown planet, embark on a secret mission through the galaxy, or journey to the stars: here, every child writes their own story. While they dream of a world a thousand light-years from Earth, parents enjoy a well-deserved break.

Suitable for children ages 3 to 10 when accompanied by their parents.

Because even short breaks deserve special attention, the restrooms at Nouvelles Galeries Annecy have been designed with the whole family in mind.

Good news: They're now meeting at the same place.

At Nouvelles Galeries Annecy, the locker area brings together Amazon, Vinted Go, and Pickup (Chronopost, DPD, and Colissimo) to save you time and cut down on trips back and forth.

You stop by, pick it up, and head out. Simple, fast, efficient. If only all those little everyday tasks were like that.

There are those who come for an official photo. And those who leave with a bunch of snapshots full of funny faces and laughter as souvenirs.

Our photo booth is fully compatible with the E-photo service for online driver’s license applications, for example (photos that meet ICAO standards and are approved by the Ministry of the Interior).
